Village Development Officer (Non-TSP): Graduation or a qualification declared equivalent thereto by the Government ‘O’ Level or Higher Level Certification conducted by Department of Electronics Accreditation Government of India (DOEACC) under the control of Department of Electronics, Government of India come on Certificate of Computer operator & Programming Assistant (COPA) / Data Preparation and computer software (DPCS) course conducted under National Council / State Council of Vocational Training Scheme come on Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Applications from a University established by law in India or an Institution recognized by the Government come on Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a Polytechnic Institute recognized by the Government.
